Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:
At this time we cannot process returns or exchanges unless your order was incorrect or packaging was damaged and the product destroyed. You may complete a return and place a new order at any time for alternate product(s).


RETURNS POLICY:
We are currently accepting product returns only for incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of receipt.

Your return must include the original damaged packaging and tagging (bags, attached tags, labels, decorative boxes, etc). We will not accept returns if item(s) are not in their original packaging. If your returned items show any signs that the damage did not take place during transport, you will be notified that the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

We do not refund or credit any shipping charges. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the returnee/exchange with the exception of receiving the wrong products.

When & how will I be reimbursed?
Products properly returned according to the above guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you the original payment method for the merchandise you returned (minus any shipping charges).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my order arrived damaged, is defective, or is not the correct product?
